Framing Projectors
Fixtures with internal shutters that cut the beam to the exact shape of the target.
A framing projector uses four internal blades and a lens system to shape the emitted beam to any four-sided outline. The result: a painting is lit exactly to its edge, with no spill on the frame or the wall.
The effect is the calling card of museum-grade artwork lighting — object floating in light against a dark wall.
Framing projectors require careful alignment on site; the geometry cannot be simulated to specification accuracy from a drawing alone.
